  2. 网报填写注意事项 1、报考类别有临床、公卫、口腔、中医执业医师四类，所做选择应 与研究生在读期间所学专业一致。 2、“工作单位名称”统一填写：南京医科大学，“工作单位 代码”统一填写：321001；“机构类别”选择：其他卫生机构； 隶属于：地方，省属。通讯地址统一填写：南京市汉中路140号 。 3、网报最后一步，需要上传照片（对于照片一定要详细阅读网站要求:? 底?寸）,完毕后，确认保存并将报名表格打印（2份），本人签字。并且在报名表格反面贴上身份证复印件（注意：正反复印，张贴紧凑。
