  3. 安裝HICOS • 記得登出，在首頁點選自然人憑證中心_憑證作業

  4. 安裝HICOS

  5. HICOS檢測工具-讀卡機與卡片檢測

  6. 自然人憑證匯入 (曾經匯入者，此步驟可省略)

  7. 筆硯安裝 & 基本資料維護 ※若有舊筆硯請先更名，避免刪除舊文稿操作方式：c:\eic更名為c:\eic-old ※筆硯詳細安裝流程 請至公文系統→下載區→【操作文件】基層學校_筆硯系統安裝及新舊筆硯切換操作說明。

  8. 安裝筆硯(1/3) 從首頁開啟[文書編輯服務平台] 若遇到附加元件訊息請點選[執行附加元件]

  9. 安裝筆硯(2/3) 登入、下載、安裝

  10. 安裝筆硯(3/3) 基本資料維護
