  2. Network Description • Wireless ADSL connectivity hotel guest. • Blanketed hotel area (indoor): 28 Floors, 60m x 12m each floor area

Networking Scenario • 26 floors for guest room • Each floor area: 60m x 12m Main building Total 26 floors 1 unit of long range AP at the corridor for each floor, total 26 AP’s Long range WEC at guest rooms Flank building Total 13 floors 1 unit of long range AP at the corridor for each floor, total 13 AP’s Long range WEC at guest rooms Lobby Floors, total 2 floors 4 unit of long range AP deployed for each floor, total 8 AP’s. Normal PCMCIA is available in this area

  4. Operating Scenario at guest room floor: 1 x long range AP for WL-2402/WEC at each floor for the guest rooms. Guest Rooms Corridor Guest Rooms

  5. Operating Scenario at lobby floor: 2 x long range AP for each lobby floor. WL-2402 long range WEC and normal PCMCIA are both available. Clients can do roaming among the AP’s at whole building (whole hotel)

  6. Network Component 1 Indoor AP WL-2401 AP (200mW) with rubber omni antenna For covering the area in the hotel building (just like the GSM base and the WL-2402 can do roaming between the AP’s)

  7. Network Component 2 Mobile WEC WL-2402/Mobile WEC with rubber omni antenna in guest room for the guest; or in hotel building for the staff
