Time to vote It is time to elect a new world leader, and only your vote counts. Here are the facts about the three leading candidates.
Time to vote Candidate A - Associates with crooked politicians, and consults with astrologists. He's had two Mistresses. He also chain smokes and drinks 8 to 10 martinis a day.Candidate C - He is a decorated war hero. He's a vegetarian, doesn't smoke, drinks an occasional beer and never cheated on his wife.
Time to vote Candidate B - He was kicked out of office twice, sleeps until noon, used opium in college and drinks a quart of whiskey every evening.

PREJUDICE • When we form an unfair opinion or attitude based on a preconceived notion. • EXAMPLE: Parents not approving of someone of another faith
DISCRIMINATION • When we DO something unfair because of our prejudice. • EXAMPLE: Hiring someone who has brown hair over someone who has blonde hair.
AGE • Based on how young or old a person is. • Old people can’t drive. • Teenagers are trouble. • Teenagers are bad drivers. • Teenagers can’t fall in love.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL • Based on a person’s looks, abilities or disabilities. • Jocks are jerks. • Cheerleaders are stupid. • If you wear tight clothes, you are promiscuous. • If you wear black clothes you are a goth.
SOCIO-ECONOMIC • Based on family background, money, neighborhood, job, education, etc. • All people who live in the city are criminals. • Anyone who lives in an apartment is poor. • If someone in your family is involved with drugs, you are too. • Stupid people work at McDonalds.
RELIGIOUS • Based on a person’s beliefs about a higher power. • Catholic girls are promiscuous. • Muslim people are terrorists.
ETHNIC/RACIAL • Based on skin color, race, country of birth, or language. • White men can’t jump. • Americans are rude.
GENDER • Based on whether the person is male or female. • Girls can’t play sports. • Girls belong in the kitchen. • Men don’t cry.
