  4. 样品溶液 称取0.3~0.4g样品, 加水溶解 配成250mL溶液, 稀释100x Al的浓度大约为0.7~1.0μg/mL 1μg/mL铝标准溶液 • 准确称取Al粉0.6250g • 加入过量KOH溶液, 加热溶解 • 加入过量HCl溶液, 沉淀消失 • 配成250mL溶液, 稀释2500x Solution Preparation

  5. 1%NH3 2mL调节pH • 1%抗坏血酸 2mL掩蔽剂 • 1g/L铬天青S 2mL显色剂 • 200g/L乙酸铵 5mL提供缓冲环境 • 定容摇匀静置30min Pretreatment
