  2. INDICACIONS • SOSPITA INFECCIÓ S.N.C. • SOSPITA H.S.A. • REDUCCIÓ TERAPÈUTICA DE L.C.R. • OBTENCIÓ MOSTRES DE L.C.R.

  3. CONTRAINDICACIONS • INFECCIÓ LOCAL EN LLOC DE PUNCIÓ • AUGMENT DE LA P.I.C. • SOSPITA DE MASSA EN MEDUL·LA • SOSPITA DE MASSA INTRACRANIAL • DESORDRES DE COAGULACIÓ • DEFORMITATS DE LA COLUMNA (Rel.) • PACIENT NO COL·LABORADOR

  4. MATERIAL • TÈCNICA ANTISEPTICA • AGULLES -Infiltració pell -20-22 G amb estilet - Clau de tres vies • TUBS DE RECOLLIDA DE MOSTRES -Bioquímica -Microbiologia - cultius -Citologia -Reserva per tests especials

  5. PROCEDIMENT I SEDACIÓ I • OBTENIR C.I. • INFORMAR DE LES POSSIBLES COMPLICACIONS (Cefalea) • ANALGESIA / SEDACIÓ ( Conscient) • POSICIÓ: Decubit-lateral, assegut • SEPARAR ESPAI INTERESPINÓS • LOCALITZACIÓ ESPAI: L3-4, L4-5

  7. PROCEDIMENT I SEDACIÓ II • LIDOCAINA SUBCUTANI • AGULLA DIRIGIDA AL MELIC • VISELL AGULLA CEFÀLIC • PAS AGULLA PER LA DURA (clic) • RETIRADA ESTILET ( LCR.) • COL·LOCACIÓ CLAU 3 VIES • 1-2 mil·lilitres de LCR en cada tub • DOCUMENTACIÓ EN Hª CLINICA
