Female Founder Program The Female Founders Program is designed to assist women at different stages of the entrepreneurial lifecycle, through networking events, educational webinars, professional development workshops and one-on-one business mentoring. A purpose built 12 month program with mentoring, capability building, flexibility, and the support that female founders need to grow a profitable, innovative business in a sustainable way. We meet you exactly where you are currently at and focus on you, the founder. The program is suitable for product, service based, digital and tech businesses.

Female Founder Program The Female Founders Program leverages a structured proven framework, customised strategic growth plan and delivers capability development activities through one on one mentoring, access to industry advisors, education, a robust support system, connections and skills development. The focus is on consistent business growth and sustained support. The program is not about “teaching” you how to build a business and get to that next level. Rather you’ll be surrounded by our team of mentors, advisors and experts and taken through a structured process with learning and implementation as you go.

  3. Female Founder Program Program Requirements: Women and non binary founders. Have an established business that you are in full time. Have been in business at least 2 years. Are the Founder, CEO or minimum 50% owner of the business. Generating annual revenue of at least $200,000 or are on track to achieve that in the next 12 months. You've seen good growth in your business and are ready to be propelled to the next level. You have an understanding of your business model and target audience. You're ready to work more on your business and not in it and truly become the CEO. You want to be supported but challenged at the same time.

  4. Female Founder Program Program Requirements: Monthly In Person Session Connect with your cohort every month for a 4 hour in person session with a group progress review and expert led training. Monthly Mentoring An hour long one on one with your mentor every month to  offer guidance, keep you on track and help you analyse and solve any challenges. Monthly Challenge Each month you will be challenged to implement a specific project that furthers your business growth and increases your revenue. Supplementary Training Through our online hub you can access masterclasses, webinar replays and short courses to accelerate your growth.
