  6. Be Accountable:How will you start to execute on your objectives? Who does what? When? How will you know you got there (metrics)?

You DO Make a Difference! • You get all the blame but none of the credit. • You represent everyone to everyone. • You can’t please everyone all of the time! • Minimize knee jerk reactions but know when to act. • Working with ExEd participants is a lot like parenting. • Commit to help each other. • Build your allies. • Have a REAL life outside of work.
