Transfer ownership of the property to the State at no cost administration

Meets Health Department’s long-term administrative space needs

Relieves County of long-term maintenance expenses

Lease back PCAN Clinic rent free for 20 years

$6 + million value over 20 years ($4 million net present value)

Pay janitorial and pro-rata utilities (17%) estimated at $55,000 annually

Approval and execution by the Mayor of Resolution and Conditional Donation Agreement between Orange County and State of Florida, Department of Health, Orange County Health Department, and Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida. Approval and execution by the Mayor of County Deed from Orange County to the State of Florida. Authorization to perform all actions necessary and incidental to closing for the conveyance of 6101 Lake Ellenor Drive.
