  1. Time For God

  2. Moses knew God • Since that time no prophet has risen in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face Deut. 34:10

  3. God Introduced Himself • “I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” Then Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look at God.

  4. God’s Command • Therefore, come now, and I will send you to Pharaoh, so that you may bring My people, the sons of Israel, out of Egypt.”

  5. Moses’ response • But Moses said to God, “Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the sons of Israel out of Egypt?”

  6. The question should be, who are you? • God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM”; and He said, “Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.

  7. The ever present God • I AM the light of the world • I AM the door • I AM the bread of life • I AM the way, the truth, and the life • I AM the alpha and omega • I AM in control

  8. The ever present god • In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men • And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth

  9. I can know the righteous holy god • He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

  10. tHe cross tells me • God loves me • While I have freedom, God is in control • He always makes good out of evil • He is painting on a canvas that is larger than I can ever comprehend

  11. In the good times and in the bad times we have hope • We have an anchor • We have a message

  12. Unless I take time for god, I will miss him • He is the EVER PRESENT GOD • I am the one who does not take time to see Him • I am the one who does not take time to thank Him • I am the one who fails to trust Him

  13. How? • Daily read the Word of God • Memorize a portion of the Word of God • Meditate on the Word of God • Pray for enlightenment from the Word of God • Obey the Word of God • Thank the Word of God

  14. AS a church we must help one another • Share what you read with someone each day • Ask each other questions about what you read • Write out and give each other verses to carry through the day • Pray the Word for each other • Be there when the Church gathers

  15. In everything give thanks • “I can always give thanks, because an all-powerful God always has all these things always under control” • Remember Daniel in the lion’s den • Remember the fiery furnace • Remember the disciples in the storm • Remember the Cross of Christ
