  3. Bitumen • Bitumen we offer is a product of the National Iranian Oil Company NIOC which has not been “tampered” with in any way. Therefore; our prices reflect the true cost of 100% pure NIOC Bitumen which if compared to “Mixed Bitumen” it will appear of Mixed Bitumen which is partially NIOC Bitumen and mostly other ingredients such as Used Engine Oil, Plastic, Mazut, and Gilsonite to water it down. Our Bitumen is Petroleum Base Bitumen PPB while theirs is not.
