  3. Field Layout

  4. Schedule • Four teams will be playing on the field at the same time (two teams playing towards the North Endzone and two playing towards the South Endzone). • Offense drives will begin on the 40 yd line working towards their designated Endzone. • Each team will get 4 attempts (4 downs) to earn a 1st down while driving towards their designated Endzone. • All unsuccessful drives will return the ball to the 40yd line. • If there is a turn-over recovered by the defense, the offense will return the ball to the 40yd line. • Each team's offense will have a 10 minute time slot with the goal of obtaining 10 plays. Teams are permitted to execute more than 10 plays (as long it falls in the 10 minutes time frame). If coaches spend extra time coaching players in between plays, it may result in executing less than 10 plays in your offensive series. • In order to adhere to the schedule and be on time, it is very important that coaches plan an organized and expedited rotation of players during the 20 minute time slots in between grades. Teams will need to stage on the track around the field 10 minutes before the end of the previous scrimmage to allow for the other teams to leave the field.
