  5. VICTORIOUS LIVING Embrace God’s Love Every journey, every life, every building has… a foundation, a place, a truth to go back to… Especially when you feel lost, hopeless, confused.

VICTORIOUS LIVING • God is a radical giver • Ephesians 1:13-14 • 13 In him you also, who have heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and have believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, 14 which is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory.

VICTORIOUS LIVING • We are made to be HOME and be a home • Ephesians 3:14-19 • 14 For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, 15 from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, 16 that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with might through his Spirit in the inner man, 17 and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may have power to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, 19 and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

  8. VICTORIOUS LIVING The most central aspect to the Christian life is to embrace, accept, surrender to, run back to, turn toward this all surpassing love that is beyond knowledge and is the fullness of God which is intent on filling you and I !!!!!!

  9. VICTORIOUS LIVING Express God’s Love A love experienced is always a love expressed

  10. VICTORIOUS LIVING Walk it out = step – stumble - surrender to love…. love again - stumble - surrender to love REPEAT Eph 5:1-2 Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. 2 And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

VICTORIOUS LIVING If embracing Gods love and expressing His love are fundamental priorities of the created universe than it stands to reason that anything/anyone antagonistic to that agenda would expend all power to stop and frustrate it. Why “armor of God” and “prayer” and “keep watch” in Ephesians 6?

  12. VICTORIOUS LIVING The journey of embracing and expressing God’s love needs help because there is danger. Proverbs 22:3 A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions.    The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences.

  13. VICTORIOUS LIVING Prayer and Keep Alert Eph6:18 18 praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,

  17. VICTORIOUS LIVING Prayer: talking, sharing, listening, seeking, rejoicing, celebrating, crying Keep Alert: recognize danger. Name the enemy and send him away by Jesus’ Name

  18. VICTORIOUS LIVING Closing: V.24 PEACE be to the brothers and sisters And LOVE with FAITH, from God the Father And the Lord Jesus Christ. GRACE be with all Who love our Lord Jesus Christ With love incorruptible.
