  1. Storyboard Template Instructions HIV Continuum of Care Collaborative Use this template as your guide. Have fun and be creative. Your storyboard will (1) form the basis for a 3-minute team presentation and will (2) be posted at the event for others to view. For your 3-minute Storyboard Presentation: Fill in the template as you like and email to cclarke@cfenet.ubc.ca by Tuesday May 20th. For your storyboard display: Complete the template and make any changes you would like from the presentation. Arrange any extra materials that complement your storyboard (e.g., photos, forms, tools, etc.). Print your storyboard before Wednesday May 28thon single-sided 8 x 10 sheets, and bring to the LS.
