I really liked our experience with Chesapeake Sewer and Drain Service. We were sent to a house that had leaking pipe, but it was fixed right away. We found out later that the plumber from that house went above and beyond and contacted a local sewer company that specializes in fixing pipe issues. They estimated that work would be finished in less than a week, which was much faster than we were expecting and gave us time to relax while our plumbing was fixed. The plumber gave the residents of the house two weeks warning before they must come back for another check after a certain amount of time, which we thought was fair. When we moved into our new house, we were not worried about water leaks, but we were surprised to find that the toilet in the next room started breaking. We called the plumber and he came out right away. He fixed the toilet, but recommended that we also get a new refrigerator so that our drinks are not constantly icy cold. We also got suggestions for keeping the air conditioning unit in good working order, as we often had cool days during the summer. He also suggested that we replace the furnace filter.
