Role of Summer Program Staff and Employers Summer Program staff will input all data for steps 1 - 3 Step 1 - Heading Step 2 - Job Description and Foundation Skills Step 3 - Workplace/Career Specific Skills Employers are responsible for inputting data for the reviews (step 4) at the beginning and end of the work experience Step 4 - Reviews - Foundation Skills - Workplace/Career Specific Skills

  5. Logging In • Summer Program staff will set up an account for you using your email address • You will get a password emailed to you • Once your password is emailed, you can log in to complete your reviews www.masswbl.org

  7. Summer Program Staff Heading: - Contains information regarding the participant, employer and worksite

  8. Summer Program Staff Job Description and Foundation Skills: - Summer Program Staff will enter a job description for each work experience - This page lists all foundation skills for reference

  9. Summer Program Staff • Workplace and Career Specific Skills: • Summer Program Staff will input specific workplace skills based on today’s training

  10. Employers • Review: • Foundation Skills • Workplace/Career Specific Skills • Goals/Comments • Reviews are to be done at the beginning and end of the program

  11. Employers can skip to step 4 once the work plan has been opened

How to Conduct Your Review • Reviews should be shared with the participant • Comments should be positive and encouraging • Comments should match skill level • First review is based on participants skills upon start of program • Second review is used to show the growth and development of each participant’s skills

  13. Review Dates Reviews need to be completed as follows: Review 1- Within the first week of receiving your password Review 2- The week before the final week of the program
