  1. Plenary Session 3: Retail Payments: Improving efficiencies Kumar Karpe is CEO and Whole-time Director at TechProcess Solutions Ltd, a leading electronic payments company . Techprocess  is a lead processer of ECS debit transactions in India and is also a leading merchant aggregator for Payment Gateway. In the year 2000, TechProcess pioneered the concept of Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment through its property Billjunction.com. Kumar has spent more than 20 years of his career serving diverse Industries. Prior to joining TechProcess in 2010, he was with IBM India for more than 12 years and was the Director - Financial Services Sector, representing IBM in the BFSI space.
