Headline features of SHAIP V4 • SHAIP is a fast, reliable, web based IT system that: • can be easily customised to fit with an organisation’s planning, performance and reporting requirements • enables the gathering, analysing, and presenting of business intelligence • provides a 360o view of performance by linking associated risks, performance indicators, and projects • avoids information overload by giving access only to the information/reports relevant to each user’s needs or role • displays progress and trends by easily understood traffic light icons • provides email alerts to relevant users on failing projects, tasks, PIs and risks • is simple and easy to use for all levels of user

Reports • New facility for Administrators, Project Leads, and Project Managers to create and customised reports • New facility for Administrators, Project Leads, and Project Managers to create a report from any table or chart screen created on the system • Reports can be either: • Dynamic and thereby constantly up to date, or • Historic reflecting performance at the date of report creation • Administrators, Project Leads, and Project Managers determine who has access to which reports • Icons added to all customised tabular reports in respect of status/progress/rating for a project, PI or risk • Reports can be exported to either Excel or Word
