The article is intended to show how protein used as a supplement affects overweight individuals. It was used to inform a natural supplements conference of these results. It relates to other articles in the sense that it gives results of taking protein as a supplement. This also makes it important for our topic since we will be able to take these results and show what the supplement will do to someone.

Also within this article it is discussed in great detail the affects creatine supplementation has on athletes and is directly related to the other articles. This article relates to the topic in the way that the information it contains can illustrate what happens when creatine is taken as a supplement.
