Communication In order to provide better communication between school and parents and within school we provide online notice and online comments. • Target:- • To make the school responsive • To attach the parents with important events and activity of school • To connect the parents so that they can receive information’s about their child • Two way communication can be achieved through online notice and online comments • One way information can also be send through SMS which is integrated into the notice and comments. • For two ways communication we provide call enter service. • To attach the parents with important events and activity of school

  8. A. Online Notice Any thing concerned with whole school will sent through Online Notice section. It will be done by ERP. Frequency will be as per required. CAUTION :- The Notice should be of 160 characters. Whenever we submit notice it is necessary to check all or specific box(s), if you want to send SMS also for same. SMS will send immediately after clicking.

  9. Online Comments For specific receivers Used when there is need to communicate specific parents. Eg. your child abc has not brought his math book today Used for both negative or positive comments. For Complete batch Used when there need to send to entire batch. Eg. Dear parent class is suspend on Monday and will be opened on Tuesday. For multiple receivers Used when there is need to communicate selected parents. Eg. Dear parent your child abc has got one reappear in exam. Used for both negative or positive comments.

Child Development • We would be starting evaluation system for assessing child on basic • parameters like homework, classwork, class participation, punctuality, • behavior, dress, group work. • The score card will be sent to the parents through message or online. • The score will be in a scale of 1 to 5. • Call centre would be tracking students with score 2 or less than 2. • The principal would be informed about students with repeated low scores by • email. • Call centre would be calling parents whose child has repeated low scores. • We request every teacher to access every student twice in a month.

Parent Information System • Target: To make parents aware about child and school. • Benefit: parents willshow greater participation • sense of security and relief • greater perceived value for school • proper communication • Teachers become more responsible towards parents There are three mediums of providing information to parents: Every parent have got a login ID and Password by which they can get information online. INTERNET Every parents have got a mobile number registered with the software by which they can get all the information through SMS. SMS Parents can get any information regarding child or school by caling our helpline number 08881888818, timing will be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. CALL CENTRE Mobile No. Registration:-Every parents has one registered mobile no. in school Where he receive all the information about child like: - Attendance, results etc.

  16. Teacher Performance Survey Target Call centre will take feedback about the teacher performance either through SMS, email, and mobile from parents The survey will be done 2-3 times in 1 year.

Syllabus management • Target:- • All courses and test will completed on time • Prevent over burden and confusion • Teaches time management to all the teachers. • Keep parents informed about various tests and syllabus. • Process:- • Preparation of syllabus for every batch • Entry of data to be done by executive, for which the teachers have to • provide the inputs ( topics that have been covered)

Archive management • Target • To create a pool of notes test papers, sample papers and board papers etc. • Archive can be used either by student student’s parent, teachers. • Make school more Hi-tech. Data can be stored in a form of excel, access, WordPad, ppt, pdfetc Sample paper (hard copy) can be scan and uploaded as well Test papers of student can also be uploaded.

  19. Creative’s This section is meant to unleash the hidden talent of student as well as teachers. This can be viewed by any stack holder. Poems, Art work, painting, thought, essay, writups either in soft copy or scanned can be uploaded. Teachers should run a competition within the batch and the selected creative’s should get the privilege for online publication,
