  1. เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการสอบ ศรว. ขั้นตอนที่ 3 (OSCE) วันศุกร์ที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน 2551ณ อาคารเรียนรวมราชนครินทร์ สรุปผลซ้อมสอบ

  2. ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น • นักศึกษาเข้าสอบครบ 147 คน • อาจารย์คุมสอบ 81 คน • อาจารย์บริหารจัดการทั่วไป 9 คน • ผู้ป่วยจำลอง 58 คน • เจ้าหน้าที่ 28 คน รวม 323 คน

  3. ข้อสอบ OSCE ตามแนวทาง ศรว. • จำนวนสถานีทั้งหมด30 สถานี - สถานีสอบ 20 สถานี - สถานีพัก 10 สถานี • หมวดข้อสอบ -History taking 4 ข้อ - Physical examination 4 ข้อ - Procedural skills 4 ข้อ - Communication skills 3 ข้อ - Interpretation 5 ข้อ

  4. เกณฑ์การสอบผ่าน ศรว.ขั้นที่ 3 (OSCE) 1. ต้องผ่าน MPL จำนวน 16 ข้อ ใน 20 ข้อ หรือ 2. ต้องผ่าน MPL จำนวน 15 ข้อ ใน 20 ข้อ และ ผ่าน MPL ในหมวด ; หมวด History taking อย่างน้อย 2 ข้อ หมวด Physical exam อย่างน้อย 2 ข้อ หมวด Procedural skills อย่างน้อย 2 ข้อ หมวด Communication skills อย่างน้อย 1 ข้อ หมวด Interpretation อย่างน้อย 3 ข้อ

  5. ซ้อมสอบ OSCE หมวด History taking • อาการไข้ในเด็ก • อาการตัวเหลืองตาเหลืองในผู้ชาย • อาการเลือดออกผิดปกติทางช่องคลอดในผู้หญิงวัยหมดประจำเดือน • อาการเจ็บหน้าอกหลังออกกำลังกายในผู้ชาย

  6. ซ้อมสอบ OSCE หมวด Physical examination • ปวดท้องจาก cholecystitis • ตรวจเต้านมเนื่องจากต้องการตรวจมะเร็งเต้านม • ตรวจ cervical nerve เนื่องจากปวดคอ • ตรวจ visual acuity เนื่องจากตาพร่ามัว

  7. ซ้อมสอบ OSCE หมวด Procedural skills • CPR • Pap smear • Anterior nasal packing • Male urethral catheterization

  8. ซ้อมสอบ OSCE หมวด Communication skills • เขียนใบรับรองความพิการ • การขอใบยินยอมผ่าตัดทอนซิล • Genetic counselling ( Hb Bart’s hydrops fetalis)

  9. ซ้อมสอบ OSCE หมวด Interpretation skills • Blood smear (iron deficiency anemia) • Gram strained,Tzanck test,AFB • Plain abdomen film (Bowel obstruction) • Labor curve • EKG tracing
