It would take years of hard work in order to get the computer to fit your needs once again, but this is no longer an option as we now have Backups… Backups are copies of all your Files and Documents that you have stored on your Computer. If for some reason, all the stored work on your Computer is wiped out, you can reload them onto your computer/laptop and still access them. This process is quick and easy and will save you from having to rebuild your whole Workstation from scratch in order to be compatible with your needs. USB Stick Disks The Best place to keep your backed up Work/Files is on the Internet!

  2. On-line • Near-line • Backup site • Off-site data protection The best place to keep a USB Stick or a Disk would be somewhere safe, that only you know of! Backups that have been stored online are sometimes easier to steal so you have to be careful! For example, make sure that you use trusted and reliable sources with a unique username and strong passwords. Also make sure that you have a firewall installed and up to date antiviral software. If you decide to store your work and important documents up on either a disk or a USB Stick, then make sure that you keep it stored in a secure and safe place.
