Il periodo transitorioSecondo la legge Maccanico, i limiti antitrust previsti sarebbero entrati in vigore solo al termine di un periodo transitorio deciso dall'Agcom.Allo scadere di tale termine:- sarebbe stato approvato il piano nazionale di assegnazione delle frequenze (entro il 31 gennaio 1998) e rilasciate nuove concessioni (per un totale di 10 o 11 reti) entro il 30 aprile 1998;- una rete Mediaset (Rete 4) avrebbe abbandonato le frequenze terrestri per passare29967
