Financial Services for Chapters • SQA/HQ maintains checking and investment accounts for each Chapter, and provides bookkeeping services to Chapters • Chapters have checks and/or credit cards, as requested • SQA/HQ generally handles all accounting activities and tax filings – and, with Chapter approval, pays all invoices

Financial Services, cont. • SQA/HQ invoices for dues w/SQA and accepts credit card payment • Chapters may receive meeting registration fees and provide in bulk to HQ for deposit • Chapter funds earn interest at same level as SQA investments – principal secured in 2009 • HQ $ services described above are provided free of charge to Chapter • Other HQ Services available at cost: • Directory design and publication • Meeting Registration taken online and list exported • Website Redesign

  16. Website and Webinar Services • SQA/HQ maintains content as directed by Chapter web liaison • Elective enhancements may be charged to Chapters – Chapters may also bid out and contract to outside vendor • Chapters may use the SQA Webinar service at no charge
