    2. 2 Introduction www.hartfordhelp.com is an exclusive web-based training and information system that is provided, free of charge, to companies that purchase Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPL) from The Hartford.

    3. 3 Introduction Hartfordhelp.com provides numerous free tools to help Insureds save money on costly employment-related issues including: Web-based training designed to help prevent discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination and promote workplace ethics. Downloadable model forms, policies and procedures. Online articles and resources designed to help prevent wrongdoing in the workplace and reduce the likelihood of EPL claims. Checklists for HR on a variety of risk topics.

    5. 5 Training Online training can be tracked and the results are exportable to an excel spreadsheet. This information can then be added to HR files, and could be used to provide proof that the company trained employees. There is also a training module for California supervisors that is designed to assist in complying with California AB 1825.
