Comprehensive AED Program Implementation for School Safety

The Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) Program (EBC-P) has been developed in alignment with other school divisions, utilizing equipment approved by the City of NN and the relevant school board insurance providers. A total of 50 AEDs and cabinets have been purchased, with locations being determined across 44 school sites and the Administration Building. Training will be provided to nurses, clinic assistants, security officers, and athletic trainers. Additionally, EMS will be notified of AED locations, which will be advertised within facilities, ensuring preparedness in emergencies.
