  2. Our Argument: • We are against the proposed route for the highway. We believe it will definitely effect the lives of farmers and possibly the lives of others.

  3. Why we are against it: • It will make it harder for the farmers to make a living because they won’t be able to use all of the land they need, so they will not be bringing in as much crops as they need, or they won’t be able to have as many live stock. • It will cost extra money to make the highway and the neighborhood might not be able to afford it. • The farmers would have to sell the land needed because of the fifth amendment ,Eminent Domain.

  4. Extra reasons: • The farmers have grown to love what they do, and so have their families. • Taking away the land will deeply depress the farmers. • That was our final argument.
