  1. Music Is Life Music has been around for centuries.

  2. Modern Rock • Green Day is an American rock band. The band formed in 1989. The lead guitar and vocals is preformed by Billie Joe Armstrong, shown in the middle of the two other band members. Mike Dirnt (on left) plays bass and Tre Cool (on right ) plays drums. • There are many other famous rock bands such as Good Charlotte, Fall Out Boy , and 30 Seconds To Mars.

  3. Classic Rock • The Beatles were an English music group from Liverpool. The members of the band are John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr . In the history of popular music they are one of the most commercially and critically successful.

  4. Modern Country • Rascal Flatts is a band of three. The lead vocalist is Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcos plas bass, and Jeo Don Rooney plays guitar.The country pop group formed in 2000.

  5. Country • Johnny Cash was a American multi Grammy award winning country singer. He sold over fifty million albums. He started his career in 1974.

  6. Pop • Gwen Stefani is a American singer, and song writer. Her career started in 1986 when she was part of a group called No Doubt. Her first solo album, L.A.M.B. (love, angel, music, baby) was on the top twenty five charts.

  7. Disco • In 1979 Michael Jackson released a song called “Don’t Stop ‘till You Get Enough” they nick named him the Pop King
