  6. Take lead roles in promoting, enforcing and mainstreaming GC &SR as national agenda. Multi-stakeholders analysis: Influence and Interaction Business Performance/Activities Take lead roles in advocating GC&SR in the bilateral and multilateral level, disseminating and exchanging information on GC movement . ECOT initiatives and activities include: Building alliance of good employers; National recognition of ‘Good Employers’ and ‘Good GC company’; conducting, business dialogues with international and national stakeholders; organizing GC training and workshop; wired GC updates; and promoting and administering GC as trademark of quality Forum of advocates and dissemination of GC good practices NGOs as social partners providing legal advice and assistance to the affected consumers. Recent joint activities with consumers are increasing. Consumers aware of their rights and channels to make their sound heard. Business enterprise conducts good business for its employees and customers. GC is valued and steered business operations under the 10 principles . Labour acts as a partner to voice the actual practice of GC in an organization. They should be educated more on their rights and responsibility in the GC issues.
