  2. Initial Welcome Screen Left-click on “Ad-Hoc”

  3. Ad Hoc Query Screen Click cursor on Down Arrow to activate Drop Down-Menu

  4. Select SDR Ad-Hoc Place Cursor on SDR Ad-Hoc and Left-Click

  5. Select SDR Ad-Hoc Left-Click on Continue

  6. Select Data Elements for Report Highlight data element and select for report by left-clicking on “Arrow”. You can select data elements individually or as a group using the Control Key And/or Shift Key.

  8. “Acknowledgement of SDRsReceived” Report Data Elements 1. These data elements duplicate existing report. Additional data elements can be selected based on your individual Requirements. 2. The order in which data elements appear on the Ad Hoc Report is as listed. The order can be changed by highlighting a data element and repositioning It by use of the Up / Down Arrows. • When finished selecting and ordering the • data elements, click on “Detailed Report” to • determine how selected records are sorted.

  9. Determining Selection Criteria Left-click on “Add Filter Criteria.” When screen first appears, you may have to wait till “Add Filter Criteria” turns from light gray print to a black print.

  10. Determining Selection Criteria Activate Drop-down Menu by left-clicking on down arrow. Highlight data element to be used For selection criteria and left-click.

  11. Determining Selection Criteria Activate Drop-down Menu by left-clicking on down arrow. Highlight desired qualifier and select with left-click.

  12. Determining Selection Criteria Key in desired starting date for report in MM/DD/YYYY format. When finished keying date, left-click “Add Filter Criteria” to add next criteria.

  13. Final Filter Criteria Previous steps are repeated to enter second criteria: the end date of your reporting timeframe. Additional criteria can be added to meet unique country requirements. For example, the data can be limited to a particular Country Service such as Army, or a particular LOA. Previous steps were repeated to add second criteria as depicted above. Repeat steps as needed to add unique country criteria, such as an individual Country Service, or a particular LOA. When finished adding Criteria, left-click “Continue”

  14. Select Desired Sort of Data Select desired sort sequence from Drop-down Menu of data elements to be sorted. As selected, the selected records will be sorted by Document Number and Suffix Number. Left-click on “Continue” when finished to proceed to next screen.

  15. Confirmation Screen Your requested query is repeated for validation. To proceed, left-click on “View Report.” To correct an error, left-click on “Back.”

  16. Saving Ad Hoc Query Enter Name of Query. Note that name is limited to 25 positions, so you may need to abbreviate. When satisfied with name of query, Left-click on “OK”

  17. Confirmation of Saved Query

  18. Accessing Saved Queries Left-click on Down arrow to display all saved queries. Select desired query and Left-click on “Continue.”

  19. Modifying Saved Queries Key in new dates as required for next report. When finished keying in changes, left-click on “Continue.”
