  5. Program History Legislative Changes • Violator has 60 days to: • Pay penalty • Furnish affidavit naming driver • Request hearing • County must reissue notice of violation to named driver 30 days after receipt of affidavit

  6. Program History Legislative Changes • No action in 60 days Uniform Traffic Citation will be issued • Establishment of hearing process • Designation of a Hearing Officer Clerk • Non-payment results in registration withheld • Effective date: July 1, 2013
