  • Very religious, used this in his books.

  • In LOTR, the elves would be angels.

  • Why they’re angels: They’re graceful, everywhere, don’t know death, make the hard decisions, Very tuned to nature.

  • People in the real world act like there’re saints who are basically angels, or messengers.

  • Just strange people you meet on the streets, that just act different from everyone else.

  • Maybe they have pointy ears and just hide them, you never know until you stop to look.
