  2. 学习情景1 • 种子物理形状测定

  3. 种子品质检验（品质鉴定）：是指对种子播种品 质的检验。 意义： ①通过检验，才能判断各批种子的等级标准及实用价值，根据种子质量标准确定适宜的播种量。 ②在种子收购、贮藏、调运前进行检查，能够科学地组织种子生产； ③做到优种优价； ④能防止林木种子病虫害的传播与蔓延。 ⑤实现林木种子标准化的技术保证。

  4. 抽样 种子品质检查项目主要包括种子净度、千粒重、发芽能力、生活力、优良度、种子含水量测定及病虫害（包括带菌率）测定等。 为保证样品有最大的代表性，必须严格遵循一定程序随机抽样。

  6. 一、种子净度检验 • 是指被测定的样品中，纯净种子的重量占所测样品总重量的百分数。 • 计算公式： • 种子净度（%）= 种子烘干前的重量 – 种子烘干后的重量 ×100% 种子烘干前的重量

  7. 种子净度的判定标准

  8. 二、种子千粒重的测定 千粒重 是指气干状态下1000粒纯净种子的重量。 方法 千粒法------从净度测定所得的纯净种子中随机抽 取1000 种子并称重。

  9. 三、种子含水量的测定 种子含水量是种子样品体内含水量占种子总重量的百分比。 计算方法： • 种子含水量（%）= 种子烘干前的重量 – 种子烘干后的重量 ×100% 种子烘干前的重量
