  3. Safe space discussion • How measurement guidance is applied locally • Local issues surrounding measurement • Suggested refinements to methodology • Sharing of best practice • Promotion of dataset for onward referrals

  4. Outcomes 1 • NHS Boards are applying the guidance, with some local variation and refinements applied • Clear, consistent approach and guidance to inclusions / exclusions required • Minimum dataset for onward referrals required

  5. Outcomes 2 • Performance measures are fit for purpose • Admitted completeness guidance is fit for purpose, but not consistently applied • Proposal to refine non-admitted completeness measure as UCPN and COC are implemented

  6. Next steps • Refine and clarify measurement guidance and Principles and Definitions • Assess the impact of removing estimated unknown clock stops • Triangulation of the accuracy of proposed non-admitted completeness measure • Data quality assessment
