  1. חטיבת דור העתיד - מבנה ארגוני • מודל ארגוני זה נכון למצב של עד 24 ישובי "פותחים עתיד" בכל הארץ (12 בדרום, 12 בצפון), בהמשך יפתח המודל לדיון מחודש בהתאם להתפתחות הצרכים בשטח. • ממונה על שותפויות בצפון ובדרום יהיו גם נציגי תכנית "פותחים עתיד" באזורם. מומלץ לשנות את שם התפקיד ל"מנהל אזורי צפון / דרום". • רפרנטים במטה המחלקה לישראל יהוו כח מסייע לחטיבת דור העתיד, בהתאם לתחומי עיסוקם.
