Disunified is the word that best describe the Civil War because the wars tranpired through many disagreements between the North and the South that eventually led to the disunity of both hemisphere. Slavery played a have huge role in the Civil War because many was awaken about the morality against slavery when Uncle Tom’s Cabin was published by Harriet Beecher Stowe. Many realized the cruel treatment of the slaves ‘ owners toward the slaves and because of this epiphany they wanted to abolish and prohibits slavery. The idea of abolition slavery made the the Southerners react so vicious because they used slves for economic purposes, but the North wanted to abolotion slavery. Because of this disagrements about slavery and the states’s right of the South, the South separated itself because they do not want to end slavery because the majority population of the South is slaves and they are needed for the South’s economic.   3. Evolution:a process of gradual, peaceful, progressive change or development, as in social or economic structure or institutions. When the Civil War ended, the Union and the Confederacy have many casualities and many soldiers loss their lives in the battler field. After the tragic war, the Unites States did not lose hope instead it gave them more courage and power to change and start all over again. The government made many laws that benefited the citizens that resides in the nation. One of the most important law they passed is The Emancipation Proclamation because it gave the blacks many opportunities and have them discovered themselves more and saved them from the hardships and cruel life they live in. The Era of Reconstruction is not only reformation but can be also an evolution. Because the war made the nation’s cry and mainly lost everything but the United States of America stood up and look for the next day. Even though not everyone or every states did not feel the change, this is a part of evolution, they are always things that decays and become extinct as new evolution plays around you. Not surviving, close to extinction is like what occur during the Reconstruction, the South was not able to transform or adopt a new life because they cling to their hatred and jealousy. In the evolution of animal, an animal will die if you do not have the things you needed to adopt life and because of not having one features that you need for new era, you will be gone as the new times progressed. During the Gilded Age many migrants traveled across the ocean to find jobs or inspiration, The Gilded Age of the politics is a very controversials age because the governments are becoming corrupt, weh have leaders that take advantage of their power and use it for themselves rather than the people of the nation. Government officials steal money that are suppose to be given used for the peolple. Chapter 23 has many different many people especially the Chinese entered the Unites States for either jobs or tourism.
