Mary Bowen as a Leader • Transformational Leader • Mary’s Role is to help high school students become (better) leaders • Mary finds the leadership qualities in students and helps them build on those while focusing on community service, or better yet, service learning • She is full of motivation and keeps kids energized and interested in projects and events

Mary as Leader to Me • Mary is humble and will take little credit for helping students succeed • She does take pride in all of the events she has lead • She knows she is worthy of all the awards she has received but is honored and humble when speaking of them • Minn-Dak KEY Club has an award named after her - Crzy Mry Creativity in Leadership
