  2. Opening • 15 October 2005 in Kohtla-Järve (Estonia) in the facilities of Ahtme brunch town library was opened the first Information and Educational center “Russian Museum, Virtual Brunch” abroad.

  7. Structure of the brunch • Two parts: • - Multimedia cinema theater with total area 40 м2 . • - computer class

  9. Media collection • The base of the media collection are resoursesof theState Russian Museum: • - 50 CD и DVD - 31 videotapes - 142 books- 42 slidescomplects

  11. Main directions of the activities • Virtual excursions and tours • Lessons and trainings with use by the collection of the DVD and Video movies • Computer games, educational competitions, quizzes and Olympiads , with main goal:-union of the visitors with the image art.

  18. Perspectives • Translation a virtual presentations of the Russian Museum in Estonian Language. • Producing new virtual presentations on the base of local historical and cultural heritages.

  19. Perspectives • Summer Schools for students who studied for the virtual reconstruction via modern computer technologies. • Joint application in the 7th frame program for co-operation in the establishment of network of the European virtual museums with special Hardware and Software.
