  • Purpose:
    • Provide a forum, via video or teleconference, for:
      • Joint intergovernmental dialogues;
      • Joint government/private sector dialogues.
    • Assist senior-level decision makers by providing a process to collect and disseminate information.
    • Assist senior-level decision makers by providing recommendations for national-level priorities for recovery and resumption of trade, including:
      • Cargo priorities;
      • Vessel priorities.
