The "It's Time" project aims to enhance the skills of in-company trainers and tutors by adapting a successful German qualification program for wider European use. Focused on pedagogic, didactic, and management competencies, the project provides online training materials available in multiple languages. It integrates innovative blended learning modules to support practical training approaches and aligns with the NQF/EQF systems. The project produced a new transnational qualification - "Workplace Tutor" - and resources to equip trainers with the necessary skills for effective vocational education and training.
