  3. EDT Stage One • Communication with UCAS • Stage Completed October 2007 • Benefits to changes: • Increase in data available • Greater statistical reporting • Ability to process applications

  4. EDT Stage Two • Changes to Banner and ODBC for Banner • Replacement of BANANA with DUGAMS • Amendments to existing screens • Development of new screens • Changes to background tables • Improvements in efficiency of ODBC views

EDT Stage Two • Replacement of DUCOBAS • Letter Generation • Automatic generation • One click printing • Recording of letters sent and re-print facility • Easy creation and amendment of letters • Departmental Decision Sheet • Replacement for “Pink” Offer Forms • Incorporates Contextual information Sheet • Additional boxes for completion • GCSE score • Reason for Decision
