Raising awareness about HIV is a result that people could live a normal and long life without much difficulty. All they have to do is to take their regular medication and visit a nearby clinic for the routine test. It builds muscles, keeps your bones strong, your heart healthy and burnfat. Some people who are living with HIV lose muscles mass strength-exercising regularly prevent this. Performing exercise for around 30 minutes every day helps to make your stress free and reduces the symptoms of depression. Health education on HIV is important in every way.
