  1. FOLLOW THESE PROCESS TO PLANT TURNIP GREEN Heirloom turnip green seeds are the best crop harvested while weather is still cold. The flavour of fall crops is improved by a light frost. Also, the green part of these turnips is the important ingredient of many vegetables and add a mouth-watering flavour to the dist. The vegetable can be grown both in spring and fall. As this is a cold- weather vegetable, avoid growing it in hot summer months. They get mature very rapidly, and you can enjoy both the green parts and the root of the heirloom turnip greens. This is one of ancient vegetable that has enormous of benefits. The vegetables are usually sweeter and more tender than spring crops and pests are less problematic for this crop.
