  7. CRYOGENIC PROGRAM Le-tehnika is specialized in development and production of cryogenic coolers systems of different configurations and performances and its accessories. They are generallyintended for IR detector’s cooling used in IR cameras or missiles with an IR head for defense industry, police, security and in other applications. CRYOGENIC DEPARTMENT’S EQUIPMENT • High purity air, N2 and Argon installation with pressures up to 700 bar • Climatic Chambers for environmental testing • Measuring stands for JT coolers performance measurements • Clean room class ISO7 • Filling stations for Stirling cycle devices • Sarix EDM machine for production of small parts • Multiple turning machines HYDRAULIC DEPARTMENT has its own workshop, which we are using for production of bigger parts.

  10. JOULE THOMSON MINICOOLERS Capabilities: Design and construction of coolers. Heat exchangers calculation and manufacturing. Different types of orifice designs, dimensioning and construction of orifice in accordance with required cooler consumption. Technology of bellow type self regulating mechanism. Technology of other types of self regulating mechanism (bimetal,etc.). Technology of Active Controlled type JT cooler. Technology of Dual flow JT coolers Production of JT coolers. Testing and measuring of JT cooler performances for pressures up to 700bar at different ambient temperatures Typical outer diameters: 5.18mm, 7.22mm, 10.3mm, 11.17mm Design proving, qualification testing etc.

Types of Stirling coolers: Split Stirling cryocooler with rotary drive (0.5W at 80K of cooling power) Integral Stirling cryocooler with rotary drive (up to 3/4W of cooling power)
