  2. About Boris Tomicic Boris Tomicic is one of the best engineers in the coun try. Boris Tomicic has achieved what every other engi neer wants to achieve. He managed to earn reputatio n and impress his clients in a short span of time.

  3. Boris Tomicic specializes in environmental reporting, environmental investigation, construction, and implementation. He is one of the best engineers in the Connecticut.

  4. He worked at multiple companies over the course of his care er. In 1994, he started working as a project manager at Loureiro Engineering Associates.
