USEUCOM Contingency Contracting Current Initiatives Best Practices • Expansion of SPOT by Apr 10 • SC/CASA implementation • Planning for AC10 • Annex W development • PSC directive development (w/AFRICOM) • EUCOM Contracting Assets and Capabilities Map (ECACM) development • Use of website to promulgate EUCOM OCS policy • Coordination with components via Contingency Contracting Cross Talk (DCO) • Integration in EUCOM planning and operational efforts (J5, J3) • Use of exercises as OCS forcing function • Partnered with J1 on SPOT Lessons Learned Planned Initiatives (12-18 Months) • JTF Haiti CC operations (feedback) • GAO visit, AC09, and JOCSPs pushed awareness of OCS in EUCOM • Integration w/planning efforts carries over to operational efforts (e.g., PI) • EUCOM directives needed to implement areas of JP 4-10 and DODI 3020.41 • Continue ANNEX W development • Complete SPOT expansion/JAMMS • Finalize EUCOM PSC policy • Continue to populate EUCOM website • Apply lessons learned from AC09 to AC10 • 4TH CLPSB (projected Aug 10)
