But for wellness of every, it is important that one should take care of oneself. Due to work pressure we ignore our self, it suffers our health. We are having various health issues like blood pressure, hypertension, anxiety, depression etc. Our health issues are related with our stressful life. To live a healthy and happy life we should change our life style. It is rightly said ‘healthiswealth'. For our physical and mental health we should follow a healthy lifestyle.
