  1. How Our Process Works

  2. If you have a big job or DIY project coming up, hiring a skip bin is a great way to handle the clean up in a quick and easy way - but if you’ve never hired one before, you might not be sure of exactly what you need. With our step-by-step guide to hiring from Bonza Bins, the process couldn’t be easier.

  3. Give us a call on 08 9331 7271 to chat to one of our friendly staff members about what you’re looking for. • Before anything else, they’ll want to know which suburb you live in and what size bin you’re looking to hire. • Keep in mind that Bonza Bins only operates south of the river! Step One

  4. Making sure you hire the right size skip bin is tricky, but important. If you’re not sure what size you need for the job you’re undertaking, our staff are here to help. • They’ll ask you about the nature of the job you’re doing and what you think will be going in the bin - larger items such as furniture will require a larger bin than general garden waste. • We also have pictures up on our website, where you can take a look at our skips for yourself and see which one suits your needs. Step Two

  5. Once your skip bin has been chosen, we’ll let you know about the cost of your hire, and also let you know about our hire period of 7 days. • We’ll also take down some information, such as your main point of contact, phone number, email address, delivery address, and where you would like the bin to be placed. • We’ll also need your payment details at this stage, and any other important details about delivery that you think we should know! Step Three

  6. It’s important that our bins aren’t used improperly, so we’ll make sure you’re aware of which materials cannot be placed in the bins. • Materials such as asbestos, types, and hazardous or liquid waste can cause harm to the environment, and as such are not permitted in our bins. Step Four

  7. With everything sorted out in one simple phone call, the only thing that’s left for you to do is wait for your bin to arrive! • Our drivers will bring your delivery according to the date and location specified during your phone call with us. • Keep in mind that your driver may require your assistance and input when it comes to decided on the best location for your bin placement. Step Five

  8. We like to keep the payment process as simple as possible at Bonza Bins, so unless you tell us that you’d prefer a hard copy, our invoice will be sent to you via email. • Typically, our customers pay us via credit card, but we’ll also allow you to pass the cash to your delivery driver on the date your bin is delivered. • If you have any questions about our payment options, we can discuss these with you over the phone. Step Six

  9. When your big project is done and dusted, it will be time for your bin to be picked up. • Our drivers will automatically pick up your bin 7 days after delivery, but if necessary you can contact us to arrange an early collection or an extended hire. Step Seven

  10. And there you have it - your start to finish guide on how to hire the perfect Bonza Bin for you. One phone call is all it takes to get the ball rolling - it’s as simple as that! If you’re planning a project in early 2017, call today to organise your Perth skip bin hirebefore the Christmas festivities begin.
