The Climate Change Matrix • Climate Change and Security: Interrelation • Distribution of dwindling natural resources are points of stress concentration especially when vulnerable strata of society involved. • Indian perspective • Economically weak and badly affected neighbours. • Sea level rise would cause internal and international migration at zones where such pattern already exists. • Agriculture likely to be very badly affected: Weather related hunger likely to engulf billions. • Climate Change and Indian Military.
