“ We created man from the quintessence ofmud. Then We made him as a nutfah (drop) in a place of settlement, firmly fixed. Then We made the drop into an alaqah (leech, suspended thing, and blood clot), then We made the alaqah into a mudghah (chewed lump). The chewed lump is fashioned into bones which are then covered with flesh. Then We nurse him unto another act of creation. Blessed is God, the best of artisans ” QURAN :23 ; 12-14

The Nutfah literally means “a drop of fluid”: • Male Nutfah ( Sperm) • Female Nutfah (Ovum) • Mixed nutfah (Zygote)
The male Nutfah ( sperm ) “ Does man think that he is left to himself to waste his life!! Was he not a mere nutfah (drop of fluid) out of Semen that has been ejaculated ? ” Quran: 75 ; 36-40
The male Nutfah ( sperm ) “ God fashioned both male and female from a nutfah(drop of fluid) that has been ejaculated.” Quran: 53 ; 45-46:
The Prophet Mohammad (Peace be Upon him) said: “ Not from the whole fluid (ejaculated), man is created, but only from a small portion of it” Sperms are part of the semen
“Let Man then observe out of what he has been created; he has been created out of gushing water (ejaculated fluid), which comes out from between the vertebral column and the ribs” Quran: 86;5-9 Sperms are produced by Testes
Sperm Testes Semen Prostate and seminal vesicle 100 Millions sperm/ml of semen ( 300 Million sperms/ejaculate )
The female Nutfah ( ovum ) A Jew has asked the Prophet the following question: “O Mohammed. Tell me from what thing man is created”. The Prophet answered: “O Jew. From both male Nutfah (sperm) and female Nutfah (ovum) man is created”.
The mixed nutfah (Zygote) “Verily We have created man from a drop of mingled liquids” Quran: 76;2
Literally, the Arabic word alaqah has three meanings: 1. leech 2. suspended thing 3. blood clot
Alaqah Prof. Moore and Prof. Persaud ,the pioneers in embryology,stated: This description (Alaqa ) is far more specific than the current used scientific term ( Blastula )
The chewed lump is fashioned into bones which are then covered with flesh QURAN : 23 ; 12-14
“And look at the bones how We bring them together and cover them with flesh.” QURAN : 2 ; 259

Sex determination genetic level
Sex determination “ God fashioned both male and female from a nutfah (drop of fluid) that has been ejaculated.” Quran: 53 ; 45-46:

Sex differentiation The Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) said: “When 42 days pass after the Nutfah settles in the womb, God sends an angel to shape it and create its hearing, its vision, its skin, its flesh and bones, and then the angel says: “O God, Is it a boy or a girl?” and God dictates whatever He wants.” Narrated by Muslim.
Statements of prominent scientists on embryological development in Quran and sunnah
: “ It is clear to me that these statements must have come to Muhammad from God, because almost all of this knowledge was not discovered until many centuries later. This proves to me that Muhammad must have been a messenger of God.” Professor Keith L Moore Seventh Medical Conference, King Faisal university ,Saudi Arabia -1981
Consequently, Professor Moore was asked the following question: “ Does this mean that you believe that the Quran is the word of God? ” He replied: “I find no difficulty in accepting this”
Furthermore, Professor Moore stated: ( it is proposed that a new system of classification could be developed using the terms mentioned in the Quran and Sunnah ) Later on it was included in his book, human development published in 1986.
Professor Tejatat Tejasen is the Chairman of the Department of Anatomy at Chiang Mai University, Thailand ( Since the Prophet Muhammad could neither read nor write, Muhammad must be a messenger who relayed this truth, which was revealed to him as an enlightenment by the one who is eligible [as the] creator.
This creator must be God. Therefore, I think this is the time to say La ilaha illa Allah, there is no god to worship except Allah (God), Muhammadur rasoolu Allah, Muhammad is Messenger of Allah )
Sensory function of skin “Surely! Those who disbelieved in Our Ayat ( proofs, verses, signs etc) We shall burn them in fire. As often as their skins are roasted through, We shall change them for other skins that they may taste the punishment. Truly Allah is Ever most powerful, All-Wise.” Quran: 5 ; 56
Function of frontal lobe of brain ( No! If he does not stop, We will take him by the naseyah (front of the head), a lying, sinful naseyah! ) Quran, 96:15-16
Questions to be raised Why did the Quran describe the front of the head as being lying and sinful? Why didn’t the Quran say that the person was lying and sinful? What is the relationship between the front of the head and lying and sinfulness?
“The motivation and the foresight to plan and initiate movements occur in the anterior portion of the frontal lobes, the prefrontal area” “the prefrontal area is also thought to be the functional center for aggression” Essentials of Anatomy & Physiology
So, this area of the brain is responsible for planning, motivating, and initiating good and sinful behavior and is responsible for the telling of lies and the speaking of truth
